Easy to find the pick up point, very near to metro station. The counter very straight foward, they ask for you order number (you received it through your email and phone, just incase you lost one or the other). Wait for about 2 minutes for the process to take place and your gear is ready. Ready your cash, sign your warranty and go home for test. Everything went as expected, no issue or whatsoever. I can say 5 stars would be suitable really for them.
